Terms of service

Purpose and access

SOLOWAYS Media Platform is an internal, operator-controlled tool for preparing and publishing content to SOLOWAYS media channels. Access is limited to authorised operators. It is not a public consumer service.

YouTube integration

Use of the YouTube publishing integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services policies. Operators must have authority over the selected channel and over every uploaded media asset.

Operator responsibilities

Operators must provide accurate metadata, avoid misleading or prohibited content, respect third-party rights, and use the integration only for the approved SOLOWAYS channel and business purpose.

Service operation

Publishing may be delayed or stopped by provider availability, quota, authentication, processing or policy restrictions. Failed, cancelled and test uploads may be removed automatically to keep the channel state consistent.

Suspension and termination

Access may be disabled when credentials are revoked, operator authority ends, a security incident is suspected, or provider rules require suspension. Revocation and deletion requests are described in the privacy and data deletion notice.
